DROP TWO

2025-26

. at the source .

This isn’t a newsletter.
It’s a catchment.

A record of how Agor took shape this past year; the ideas and narratives that moved through. Some were intentional, others arrived like the weather.

This was a year of humility.
Almost nothing went as it should have and progress was more on the inside than the outside.

If you’ve been part of the stream, thank you.
If you're new, step in.

Indian Diner in Ras Al Khaimah

SAHIR
Research, Concept Design & Branding

A forgotten cultural current between Punjab and the Gulf was traced to establish this restaurant concept. Trade and migration once carried stories, language and song between river and sand. That history led to Sahir Ludhianvi, a poet and lyricist born in undivided Punjab, whose work gave voice to longing, friendship and joy. Punjabi at heart, Sahir carries that spirit through food, theatre and song.

FUTURE / MANUAL
Naming, Branding & Communications Design

Dhun Jaipur, Earthna (Qatar Foundation) and The King's Foundation collaborated to bring together thinkers, makers and practitioners from across the world to explore how traditional knowledge systems can inform the way we build for the future. Future / Manual became the platform for this field-based workshop series. The visual language extends Dhun's identity through the forward slash, creating a distinct expression and connection between what is known and what comes next.

Heritage Properties as Cultural Districts

Concept, Brand Strategy & Experience Design

Heritage properties often survive as monuments long after the systems that once gave them life have disappeared. These concepts explore what is possible when preservation connects the history and character of a place with new cultural, commercial and social possibilities. Research, narrative, brand, masterplanning, experience and operations come together to imagine heritage and culture as economic engines, generating value for the places and communities around them for generations to come.

Wellness Sanctuary in Delhi

BIGTOE
Branding, Manifesto & Website

An integrated practice for adults over 40, bringing movement, nutrition and active recovery into one system. At its heart is a simple idea: possibility is something to be practised, and strength can be built at any age. The brand was built around that belief, from its manifesto to an identity that brings the three sciences together in a language that feels real, rooted and rebellious.

ANALOG INTUITIONS
Writing & Photography

A space for the things that sit alongside the work: observations, questions, places, people and the occasional rabbit hole. Written and photographed along the way, Analog Intuitions is an extension of the curiosity that sits at the heart of Agor.

If you're building something magnetic, necessary, or hard to name; something rooted in purpose and reaching for form,

I’d love to hear from you.

Agor continues to be a medium, between where you are and where you wish to be.
